The staff were helpful and the place was nice, but the roads to get there were a bit confusing.

The location was great, the food was good, and the view was awesome. The build quality of the houses was terrible – gaps in the tiles, missing grout, bad wiring, and the MCBs fell out sometimes.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's immaculate rooms and well-maintained facilities, which offered breathtaking views of the resort. The peaceful atmosphere was a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some notable issues that detracted from my overall experience. Unfortunately, the hotel's location was not ideal, making it difficult for me to get around and explore the surrounding area. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the hotel had a lingering unpleasant odor that was present throughout my stay. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel showed promise in other areas, but unfortunately, these issues overshadowed the positives.

“Very disappointed with our stay. Avoid”

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a beautiful resort in Munnar, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations in several areas. The property's potential is undeniable, but it's clear that more attention needs to be paid to maintenance and cleanliness. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to see a significant amount of trash scattered throughout the garden, and the rooms were not up to par, with visible dirt and stains.
