The location isn’t bad; the center is reachable on foot in 30–40 minutes, and bus stops are close by. Unfortunately, a terrible sewage smell from the bathroom spread throughout the room even with the door closed, making it hard to sleep and forcing us to leave the window open, which let in external noise. The window didn’t close properly and the blinds were broken, so we couldn’t block out light or sound.

“Una experiencia no deseable”

The location was fine. The place was dirty, the towels had a bad odor, and there was no mirror in the bathroom.

The spot is great if you want to avoid crowds and noise, just a 4‑minute walk to the metro and solid bus connections. Antonio responded instantly to my emails, called me, and sent what I asked for, and he quickly fixed the shower base. The shower base didn’t drain well, there were no chairs or stools, the apartment door was insecure, and the light switch was outside the unit. A fridge in the kitchen was broken and should be replaced. The skirting boards were dirty, suggesting minimal cleaning. The price was too high for what the photos promised, and I expected a nicer flat.
