The rustic rooms are very clean and spacious, come with air conditioning and shower products. There’s a private parking spot and a small football field where my kids spent some time. Breakfast is excellent, the owners are very friendly. The area is quiet and surrounded by countryside.

The property sits in a quiet spot, 15 minutes from Sottomarina, which was convenient for our late‑night event there. The room was spacious, spotless, and the old farmhouse kept its original architecture while the rooms themselves were modern and lovely, with a large bathroom. A very kind and helpful lady welcomed us and prepared a great breakfast. We were flexible about breakfast timing, and we coordinated with the owner via WhatsApp without any issues; he sent us the access details for the property. Everything else was fine.

I had already stayed there and I can only say I was super satisfied… the location is perfect for a weekend break, the staff are friendly and especially accommodating, the breakfast is generous and really good—highly recommended. Nothing to add.
