The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning cooled well, but the shower pressure was weak.

The front‑desk service was very good; they let us change rooms and left our luggage at the desk, but they don’t respond to WhatsApp when needed, only offer breakfast, and there were many insects in the breakfast fruit.

Everything was extremely comfortable and the staff were extremely welcoming, always eager to help, but unfortunately the cleaning fell short—no cleaning was done in the morning despite my request, and when I asked again in the afternoon they said the person in charge wasn’t present, so the trash wasn’t taken out and the towels weren’t changed, which made the room feel bad.
