The location was superb. The staff sent very clear check‑in instructions via WhatsApp. The room had plenty of amenities, like coffee, glasses, soap, and the shower was great. I would have preferred a room on a higher floor.

Communication was bad; nobody was there to receive us. The room was in the hallway, noisy, had a pipe smell, and was small. The check‑out was very early, but they gave us an extra hour.

I stayed on the ground floor and there were no blinds; every time someone entered, light would spill in through the window just above the headboard.

The place was spotless, well organized, and in a great spot – would definitely recommend 100%. Parking was a hassle, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

The location was fine, but the cleanliness was terrible; the floor was covered in pigeon droppings and feathers when you opened the door. The room had a window that faced a closed courtyard, so there was no natural light, and that wasn’t mentioned when I booked. The room smelled like a closed space and pipes.
