The bed was very comfortable, but breakfast must be booked in advance—if you miss the email (as I did) you’ll be too late. The adjacent facility also closes at 10:00. If you travel far, oversleep, and need to start early, you won’t find breakfast anywhere in Austria; they are very strict about this.

Cheap, quiet place right in the woods and plenty of parking. The room is simple but feels cozy, but the cleanliness was a real let‑down – I found a pile of dog hair on my socks and the window lever is a nail that can hurt. The TV outlet is dead and the breakfast costs an extra €14.90, which you have to sign up for in advance.
