The staff were very attentive and detailed, giving us great recommendations for nearby restaurants, sights, tourist attractions, and shopping spots. The reception offered a fridge, hair dryer, iron, and microwave for guests, which was really handy. The café downstairs serves excellent typical Andalusian breakfasts. The town itself is quiet and very pretty. Everything else was fine.

The fridge and microwave were fine. The bedroom closet was only for one, so if the door was open it would hit you; moving around the bathroom required some maneuvering; the window faced the restaurant patio, so waking up to a frying aroma was normal; the heavy door to the entrance kept slamming and constantly letting in noise.

The hostel offered great value, was very clean and tidy, and the location above a café kept things quiet even though it’s over a square; the air‑con was excellent. The bed was a bit poky, so I kept hitting my feet while walking around, but overall it was a great place to stay.
