They cancelled my stay that same day, saying other guests had paid to extend and I had to be cancelled. Even though I booked in advance and was already in Lima, they cancelled on the day of my reservation and offered a room for one night at 90 soles, which wasn’t what I asked for, so I had to find another place because their poor organization left me no time to see it. They tell you one thing and then another; it’s a shame they expect you to book ahead.

It was comfortable, the bathroom was good, the hot water worked, and the service was attentive.
