The staff were really helpful and friendly, which made the trip smooth. The only downside was that the building feels a bit dated – the decor and some fixtures look old.

The staff were great, always ready to help. The front room was noisy, with a couple arguing and loud music from nearby bars. It made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Martha, the manager, is fantastic – she’s the only one who actually cares. Unfortunately, the parking is a nightmare: you can’t leave the hotel without moving your car, and you can’t leave the keys with the attendants. The pool guy is also a bit cold and doesn’t bother to help.

The service was exceptional – the staff were attentive and very friendly. The only hiccup was that the air conditioning didn’t have enough power, so it was a bit warm in the room.
