The staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was good‑sized with very comfortable beds, everything was super clean, and the restaurant was fantastic; the location is great for visiting Wasaga Beach, Blue Mountain Village, and Scenic Caves, so I would highly recommend a stay here. The ensuite bathroom woodwork in our room could use some decorating, and the shower grout was a little discoloured.

We have stayed at this hotel many times, and the service and accommodation have always been excellent; the rooms are spacious and welcoming, and the property itself is close to the Village at Blue Mountain and Collingwood.
