Cleanliness is exemplary, the host (Mr. Alex) is friendly, and they accepted a late check‑out. Although their efforts to ensure comfort are evident (the accommodation itself is far above the average in the Cheia area), the mattress and pillows leave something to be desired; the room price is quite high.

The location is excellent, full of tours around beautiful nature at various difficulty levels. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Parking is available on the hotel grounds. It’s an Eden for kids with a very well‑designed cuddle zone among the zoo animals, including pony horses, a wagon, ducks, rabbits, and more. Everything was good.
