We stayed from the end of August to the beginning of September. Everything liked: location and prices! Bukovel center is about a 10‑minute walk even with a small child. Silepo is also 10 minutes away. Admin Sadyby Roman is very pleasant, always helpful, and points out cheaper options. One issue was that the stove in the room didn’t work. However, there is a dining kitchen on the first floor for everyone. I recommend it, but if having a kitchen in the room is important, clarify right away to avoid misunderstandings. The stove in the room does not work.

1. Having a kitchen and a relatively close “Silepo” solves the breakfast issue. 2. The location of the rooms is great. Across the street is a wonderful restaurant. 3. Rooms match the photos. Rooms are clean. 4. Friendly administration. The biggest minus is the direct location above the road. Constant noise from construction trucks loaded with building materials slowly climbing uphill. It may be temporary, but it felt like the frequency of those trucks was driven by the construction of at least a cosmodrome. As a result, dust on the balcony and on the parked car.

The staff were friendly, the views were great, the place was quiet, and the morning coffee was good.

The accommodation was very comfortable and thematic, and for its price it was really great, considering Bukovel rates. We will definitely return again :) Special thanks to the staff for the quick check‑in and flexibility. Occasionally you could hear neighbors taking a shower, which happens sometimes depending on how tired everyone is.
