I enjoyed the hotel's convenient location, the available parking, and the fact that breakfast was included with my stay. I also appreciated the 12:00 p.m. checkout time, which made my stay more relaxing. However, I felt that the hotel was a bit expensive and could have been priced more affordably. I was disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. The older woman working at the front desk had an unpleasant attitude, which made the experience less welcoming. I also found the pillows too soft for my comfort. Additionally, the hotel advertised a vending machine, but there was none available on the premises. Although the scheduled checkout time was 12:00 p.m., the housekeeping staff was already lingering in the hallway as early as 8:00 a.m. This made me feel rushed and as though I was being asked to leave before my scheduled checkout time. Overall, these issues took away from my experience and could be improved to make future guests feel more comfortable and welcome
