The hotel is very good; I love Phuket and always book here. I really enjoy the neighborhood. The only drawback is the noise. Everything else is perfect: good service, tidy rooms, and the reception always ready to help.

The room size is a plus. The noise level is a problem, with music and street sounds reaching the room until 1:00 am.
