Breakfast was good, but there’s only one sandwich maker, one cheese‑bread maker, and one wafer machine, so we had to queue for each one… The location is good! The accommodation had a partially broken door, cheap bathroom fixtures, and a very dirty room curtain… The TV only offers local channels, no paid options.

The hotel is good and the staff are friendly. However, the staff today were horrible, acting like we were thieves, and I wouldn’t recommend going there when that employee is present.

The hotel keeps the room clean and the mattresses are good, and it sits close to a market, shops, restaurants and a mall. The downside is the noise in the room, since it’s on a busy corner. The building is old, but it’s undergoing renovations, which should improve things a lot.

Breakfast was solid, the staff were attentive, the spot was great, the air‑conditioning worked well, and there were plenty of breads, cakes and biscuits. A convenience store sits right across the street and a restaurant is nearby.

The scrambled eggs at breakfast were awful and there was no pão de queijo 😞. I liked the location near everything, but the hotel feels very rundown and overpriced; it really needs renovations, especially the beds.
