There was a lot of dust and dirt, so I checked out a couple of hours after arriving; the hotel has already taken the charge for three days and hasn’t refunded me yet.

The location is good, but the cleanliness, bed linen, checkout flexibility, and facilities were lacking; my stay last year was fine, but this year was bad.
