The location is good. The only downside is the extra cost that comes with booking through a platform.

The location and cleanliness are fine. The heat is a problem—there’s no A/C or fans. Guests are very loud: they arrive talking, shouting, dragging their luggage, which creates a lot of unpleasant noise.

I had a great experience at this hotel, with excellent service at the restaurant and overall. The rooms, food, and warm atmosphere were all positives, and the green areas were very nice. However, the fish pond could use a good cleaning.

I stayed at this hotel, which is conveniently located in the center of Jilotepec, and was pleased with the good attention from the staff. The hotel appears to have been recently modernized, and my room was spacious and very clean. However, I was assigned a room near the storage area, which meant I could hear the staff moving around from early in the morning.
