Very friendly and excellent service. The room has a single window that faces a wall, but everything else is impeccable. It has many outlets, the shower works perfectly, and there is air conditioning. The room has a single window that faces a wall and no light comes in.

The location is exceptional. The staff is super friendly and responds to messages very quickly. In my case, the check‑in was later than the staff’s available time, so they sent me step‑by‑step instructions on how to enter. It’s great for solo travelers, up to two, who only need a place to sleep. The Wi‑Fi could be better… there was intermittent signal in my room.

Daily cleanliness, a drafty room, central location. It’s listed as a 4* hotel on Google Maps but it’s actually a hostel. We never received any information on how to get into the room, so I had to call again and the check‑in was within an hour at the reception.

The location was outstanding, the property clean and very pretty, the room comfortable and fully equipped. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would add a few small touches to make the stay even more pleasant, like a kettle or a mini fridge.
