“Fell on slippery floors and broke bones”
Convenient, but the floors were wet and slippery, making it unsafe.
No firm pillows were provided, and breakfast was only fair for the price, offering poor value overall.
Lindsey at check‑in was the nicest person I’ve met; she should be a trainer. Amy in the bar was extremely personable, a wonderful bartender and server.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, clearly prioritising guest comfort, so I’d definitely return.
