The hotel sits right in Powai, which is great for getting around, but the building looks pretty dark at night, so it didn't feel very welcoming when I arrived.

The location is convenient, but the room service left a lot to be desired.

The place is well‑situated and the breakfast—Egg Benedict and French toast—was tasty, yet the AC was too cold and barely adjustable, and there were no curtains over the bathtub, so water splashed onto the floor while showering.

I found this small hotel to be the best value in the area; the rooms are nice and everything you could need is available.

The staff, especially Vikas, Mithul, Shahzad, Naveed, and the rest of the support team, are outstanding, and the food is very good; Galleria Mall is across the hotel for shopping and more dining, and both autos and taxis are right at the doorstep.
