The pools were definitely the highlight – clean, big enough and perfect for a quick dip. Unfortunately the breakfast left a lot to be desired: no fruit, the tapioca was served cold and the coffee bottles weren’t labeled, so I ended up pouring milk into my cup by mistake. The shower was lukewarm at best, and the café was uncomfortably warm because the air‑conditioners were off.

The spot is convenient and the morning buffet was decent, but almost everything else was shut down. The adult pool was closed, the pedal boat and kayak weren’t operational, and the “farm” had no animals at all. The lake looked dirty, and we never got the Wi‑Fi password or other basic info. For the price, especially traveling with my daughters, it just wasn’t worth it since they didn’t get to enjoy any of the promised activities.

Staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, and the kids had a blast with the animals that were there. On the downside, several animals were missing, so the farm felt incomplete, and the restaurant was closed for dinner during our stay, forcing us to eat elsewhere. We also had to shell out extra cash for a kayak ride even though we were staying on the property.

The bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, but the tiny TV was a let‑down. We weren’t told ahead of time that the restaurant would be closed for the holiday, and the leisure area was also shut down without any notice, which was disappointing.

The employees were always smiling and ready to help, which made the stay pleasant. However, the property showed signs of neglect – things were broken or in need of repair, and no one seemed to be taking care of basic maintenance.
