The place was clean and quiet. When we requested room service, only the towels were replaced and the dishes were not cleaned.

The service was outstanding. We had an urgent flight from Auckland to visit a family member in intensive care and had nowhere to stay, so the staff went out of their way at short notice to make a room available and let us check in well after hours. The facilities, location, and amenities were superb. Our sincere thanks for making the brief stay possible and for your care and attention during a difficult time for our family. We would definitely stay here again (hopefully for a longer period and under better circumstances)
