The pool was extremely dirty, and I even got an infection from the water; the room smelled awful and the common areas were worse, yet we paid the same price. We booked through Booking, and the staff initially claimed they didn’t have our reservation—what a scam.

“Would not advise people to stay here until they property is cleaned better and new staff”

The staff were unhelpful, bugs swarmed the room, I wouldn’t recommend it, didn’t stay the night, and only got half the refund.

The location is great, but the noise from fast motorcycles and scooters is unbearable; the hotel has potential but is poorly maintained, with broken equipment, broken chairs at the entrance, no balcony chairs, and rooms that need a full overhaul. The place is filthy, rooms are in disrepair, lingering odors, bugs, termites, leaking showers, a ruined pool with a broken pump, mold, black filth, no filtration, a bacterial nest—dangerous. The staircase carpet is ripped and people fall; the manager refuses to return our deposit, but I insisted or she’d have taken my money. It was a horrible experience, and we left early because of the catastrophic lack of hygiene.
