The place was super charming and spotless, and we could walk straight into town. No complaints, everything was just fine. We left happy.

Clive was a fantastic host, showing us around and giving honest food tips. The 1860s house was gorgeous, warm with double‑glazed windows, and the breakfast of fresh bread and pastries was a treat. The only downside? No blackout curtains, so if you’re a light sleeper bring an eye mask, but we’re fine waking up early.

Breakfast was spot on – fresh homemade bread and croissants that made the morning. No complaints, just pure yum.

Freshly baked bread and croissants were amazing, couldn't get better. We couldn't get enough of them.

The place had a quaint vibe, but the steep steps to the room were a bit of a hassle, and there was no convenient spot to hang towels.
