Our room was truly set up with a lot of originality and taste, the host was friendly, and the kitchen was very handy.

The communal kitchen was well equipped and, thanks to the heating, it warmed up quickly and felt cozy. The rooms, including the bathroom, were small but everything was there and arranged sensibly.

“Clean and comfortable chalet/ room.”

We appreciated the craftsmanship in our cozy chalet‑style room, which was spotless. The room was dark, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. We also liked the communal kitchen, which had plenty of space for everyone; this clean, easy‑to‑use cooking and dining area gave us a great chance to chat with other guests. The rooms are small but fine for a night or two.

I spent one night here while walking the West Highland Way and had a wonderful stay. The host was very welcoming; both the room and bathroom were clean, cozy, and comfortable. The shared kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. Nothing to complain about, it was a lovely stay.

“A quiet little room in a beautiful location.”

Parking was on site, the hosts greeted us with a warm welcome and are a lovely couple. The location is perfect for hikers and short walks around the beautiful Loch Lomond, and the Oak Tree Inn restaurant is just a 5‑minute walk away. The room was very small, making it difficult to unpack and pack luggage; there were no shelves for clothes, only a small chain with a few hangers, so it’s only suitable for a single bed, not for two people.
