We were very satisfied with the room we received – it was tidy, clean, and well arranged. The bed was large and comfortable, and we liked the small clothes dryer on the balcony, which was handy for drying beachwear and towels. The location was very convenient: a 5‑minute walk to the beach and the shore, with a row of restaurants nearby, yet the street was quiet with little traffic. We were also delighted to find a private parking spot included with the accommodation. And of course, the owner, a very kind and warm‑hearted lady, made the experience even better.

The apartment is well situated, the host is very friendly, and there’s plenty of parking. Several beaches are just a few minutes away. The terrace divider could use a replacement.

The host, Svetlana, was very welcoming. Alba Chiara Beach in Medulin is close, with deep water. The room is accessible without stairs or a hill; the road is flat. On the way to the beach, there’s a restaurant, Noma, where you can have breakfast for €9. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and everything was liked. The room had air conditioning and a fan, and there’s parking in the courtyard. I’d love to come back again.
