The location is good, the balcony view is nice, and overall everything is fine. The Wi‑Fi was terrible, worse than the mobile network, and I hope you improve it.

The staff were genuinely friendly and kind! The view was beautiful! It’s close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful! The location is great! The balcony view is lovely! The rooms were neatly arranged, hot water, a kettle and a working fridge were provided. The private pool was also very fun and useful. Beach towels are easy to get at reception. Everything was good. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t have its own beach area with sun loungers, which would be fantastic in the future.

The hotel is wonderfully located. The King‑Kong supermarket nearby offers everything you need, and there are plenty of cafés for every taste and budget. Fresh fruit stalls and massage parlours are available. The sea is about 200 m on foot. The reception staff are very helpful and always ready to assist. You can exchange money or rent a motorbike at the hotel, and a taxi is on duty right outside. Our room had a magnificent balcony overlooking the sea and the pool, where we spent evenings eating fruit and having tea. Overall, this hotel will stay in my heart forever; we stayed for two whole weeks. The breakfast was very repetitive, never changing. Cleaning was poor, overall in an Asian style. They wiped the room with a single rag in a hurry. Plus they don’t refuse to wash the towels several times a day. Because the hotel is beach‑oriented, a lot of sand ends up in the room. The bathroom floor is very slippery. We were staying with a one‑and‑a‑half‑year‑old child who fell twice because he slipped. Either provide mats or fix the glossy tile. There is little storage space in the room.
