The location was excellent and they even gave me an extra key; the room was fairly large, everything worked, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom had a Western style without a separate toilet. The carpet could have been cleaned better.

Wonderful beds! Enough room for 2 adults, 2 teens and 4 suitcases! Great breakfast!

I had an amazing time at this place - the staff were super welcoming and friendly, always happy to help. The apartment itself was fantastic, clean and well-equipped, and the location was perfect, right in a quiet neighborhood with shops and the train station just a short walk away. I'd highly recommend it.

We stayed in a lovely suite on a quiet street just a few blocks away from Kyoto Station. The layout worked perfectly for our family of three, with our young adult son able to sleep on the sofa bed in a separate space. The bathroom was stylish and roomy, and we appreciated the laundry room with two washing machines and one dryer on the same level as our suite. However, there was a bit of a problem with condensation building up on the walls and windows during our stay.
