The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making the stay a pleasure, but the Wi‑Fi on the 4th floor felt a bit weak. I’d still recommend this hotel.

The value for money is solid, the breakfast is great, and the restaurant dishes are delicious 😋 – I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it.

From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional; the staff were attentive and always ready to help, the room and the whole hotel were clean and modern, the rooftop restaurant food was excellent, and the airport pick‑up/drop‑off was a nice touch. Ismael, the owner/manager, went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, so this is now my go‑to hotel in Addis Ababa!

The spot is in a very popular area, though I’d rather have stayed in Bole. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, but the location itself is a drawback.
