The room worked well for our large family of three adults and two children; a pull‑out sofa in one room and a double bed in another gave everyone enough space, and there was a safe. Breakfast could be bought separately. The downside was a constant, loud boiler noise in the bathroom that sounded far louder than a normal one, and because the room faced the children’s playground we couldn’t sleep in the mornings due to street noise.

The best hotel in Kyiv near the center for its price and star rating. Huge 2‑ and 3‑room apartments of 60 m² work for families, friends, or a couple looking to “glitz.” Last year we stayed in such apartments with friends. It’s a real large flat with everything, even kitchenware. This year we opted for separate rooms. We chose the standard, simple, and minimal option for those who don’t want to cook. A pair of friends booked a studio: a large double bed, a kitchen area, and plenty of space for those who prefer to cook themselves. There are different categories for various requests, depending on what you need. Compared to other Kyiv hotels in this category, it’s the best of the best, whatever that means. The entire staff is always friendly and ready to help. A special thanks to the reception team – they’re clever. It’s not a 5‑star, it’s a fairly small hotel, but we didn’t need more. It has a cozy vibe. Overall, we were even more satisfied than last year and will definitely return. Prosperity and all the best.

The place was clean and comfortable. Room 103 had a damp smell.

It was clean and conveniently located, but the boiler in the four‑person room only gave hot water for about 12‑15 minutes, then you wait over an hour for it to heat up again; when I mentioned this, the receptionist just said “I don’t know what to tell you,” so think carefully before checking in if four minutes of hot water per person is enough for you.
