The room was a real highlight - it was super clean, private, and had great soundproofing. The hotel itself is brand new, which is a big plus. However, it's a bit far from the city center, and getting there can take a bit of time, which might be a drawback for some travelers.

The hotel's elevator service was top-notch, always working smoothly without any issues. The staff were incredibly helpful, despite the language barrier, and Google Translate came in handy. However, the location was a bit of a letdown, being too far from the Old Quarter, which was a major reason we booked it in the first place.

The hotel's location is great, but the staff's attitude was really off-putting. The room was tiny and felt claustrophobic, which didn't help. I checked in late, which took 10 minutes due to the slow elevator, and when I arrived, the staff asked me to pay 50,000 VND as a penalty for checking in late. I've never seen a hotel charge for being a bit behind schedule before.

The hotel is a relatively new build, and it shows in its cleanliness and modern amenities. The staff were helpful when I checked in late, which was a nice touch. However, the rooms are a bit on the small side, and the noise from the street outside can be a bit of a problem. Despite this, I think the hotel is worth the price, especially considering its location.

This place is perfect for a quick overnight stay - it's quiet, the bed is comfy, and the bathroom's a real treat. The staff are super helpful too. The only downside is that it's a bit of a trek to get to anything, but if you're just looking for a peaceful spot to rest your head, it's a great choice.
