I was disappointed with the room and tried to cancel, but the manager offered a 25% refund, which was a decent gesture. The rooms were dirty, old, and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The washroom was very poor. I was charged 5000 BDT for a room that was not even worth 1500. The building looked like a horror film set, and everything felt off, so I canceled immediately after seeing the room. The staff did give me a 25% refund, but overall I would book at your own risk.
