The reception staff were welcoming, truly deserving the name "welcome" – we also liked being able to leave our luggage at the concierge while we took a quick trip to Paris.

I had a great stay at this hotel: the room was spotless and cozy, housekeeping came regularly, and fresh towels were supplied daily. The spot is perfect, with two metro stops close by, so getting around Paris was a breeze, and shops and supermarkets are within walking distance, which was very handy. A big shout‑out to the staff – they were super friendly, warm, and helpful, even stepping in to solve an unexpected issue for me, which I really appreciated. I felt taken care of the whole time and everything was fantastic; I’d love to come back! Honestly, there was nothing I disliked; everything lived up to my expectations and I had a truly pleasant visit.

“Dommage, de vrais points forts mais …”

Accueil parfait (arrivee et départ) Chambre propre, bien insonorisée, bien décorée, literie très bien. Pas d’eau chaude le matin 😟 La température de la chambre a l’arrivee trop froide (réglée à 16 degrés) le fonctionnement de la climatisation : compliqué à comprendre, j’ai abandonné et fini par tout couper pour la nuit Dommage pour ces points noirs car sinon l’hôtel et le personnel sont très très bien
