The location is good. The staff lack empathy.

The breakfast starts too late and there's no flexibility to bring it forward; all tours usually depart around 0730, right when breakfast is served. The lodge should at least move the breakfast to 0700. The room was poorly cleaned, with dust everywhere. The front‑desk staff showed no attentiveness.

The location is good, but the payment method is a hassle.

The value for money is decent and the price is great, but you can't expect luxury for what you pay. Still, the location is excellent and overall it was good.
