The Triple Room – Disability Access offers barrier‑free features for guests with reduced mobility. It contains one large double bed and a wardrobe on a carpeted floor. The private bathroom includes a walk‑in shower and hairdryer, while the room is equipped with air‑conditioning, heating, a flat‑screen TV with cable channels and a coffee machine.
This was my second visit; the staff were very friendly again, and I’ll stay here again.

The staff were very helpful, but the breakfast fruit was lacking.
The hotel was comfortable and safe, and would suit someone without mobility issues; however, my accessible room, though clean and cozy, had a dangerous shower because the wrong cleaning solution made the surfaces extremely slippery, causing me to fall backward, which was a bad experience.

The facility was very clean and modern, and the staff were courteous and professional, yet the air‑conditioner was loud and aggressive, the controller couldn’t be adjusted, so I had to turn it off to sleep; instructions or a better unit would help.

Amanda at the front desk was excellent, arranging an early check‑in and greeting us with a smile; the room had no cigarette smell, a nice fridge with freezer, a microwave, a clean bathroom with a new‑looking tub surround, a paper‑towel holder on the fridge, and a comfortable bed; the place is well maintained and parking is great.
