The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. However, it was twice the price of any other place we’ve stayed for a small room. That might be because almost everywhere else was closed since the season doesn’t start until May.

The location was great, the staff were helpful and accommodating, and they gave us early breakfast on the day of our Ephesus tour and a bag to take when we had to leave early for the airport. They offered solid restaurant recommendations. The property is within walking distance of Selcuk’s main tourist area and a 7‑minute drive to Ephesus. The rooms are somewhat small but full of character. The Turkish breakfast was excellent, served in a charming reception area. I expect the gorgeous courtyard will open soon. There was hardly anything negative.

I had a decent stay at this hotel, with both positive and negative aspects. The experience was fairly balanced, with some good and not-so-good moments. Overall, it was an okay stay.

The hotel owners were incredibly helpful and made our stay more enjoyable. We had a short break in Selimiye before our big vacation and this place fit the bill, being close to the beach, although there weren't any beaches with which the hotel had an agreement.
