“Comfortable bed”
Staff was nice, cleaning lady was nice, but I had to switch rooms three times. I stayed seven days; the TV didn’t work in any rooms, the internet dropped as well, and the lights weren’t working. The manager told me to take our complaints to the head office, and another manager said we would be compensated at the end of our week‑long stay. There were no other motels or hotels available because a huge family event was in town, so we were stuck in this rundown place with no pool, no TV, no internet, and after moving three times the light fixtures, electrical outlets, and blow dryer didn’t work. The alleyway was sketchy and felt unsafe.
