The location was nice and a morning walk felt refreshing, but I wished there were mirrors in the changing rooms.

The kitchen was long, clean, tidy and had good facilities, yet our room had a slightly musty, mouldy smell and the laundry dryers didn’t seem very effective.

The hotel is close to places like Zenko-ji and the Nagano Electric Railway’s Gondo Station (a single line to Obuse), making it good for sightseeing. However, the cleanliness of shared facilities differed between the first and second floors, and the shared toilets, baths and washbasins are only suitable for guests accustomed to communal spaces (those who usually stay in private rooms might not like it).

Struttuta accogliente e pulita in una buona posizione. Comodo self check-in e check-out. Camere tradizionali e abbastanza spaziose con bagno condiviso. Purtroppo devo abbassare il punteggio perché la nostra camera, seppure pulitissima, era molto umida e aveva davvero un cattivo odore (probabilmente dovuto a umidità eccessiva con il legno o alla vicinanza con i bagni comuni nel piano di sotto…). Credo che dovrebbero fare qualcosa per avere punteggi migliori. Però non penso fosse legato alla pulizia in quanto era impeccabile
