The location is close to the centre, the front‑desk staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean; however, the breakfast area is a bit noisy, the staff at breakfast were not friendly at all, no greetings, no smiles, and it felt like a lot was expected just to get coffee, which is disappointing.
The location is perfect near the port, and the room is comfortable.

The lack of shelves and cupboards is an issue; there’s only a small niche with four hangers that acts as a wardrobe, and the bathroom lacks hooks and storage options.
