The breakfast was GREAT! The location was perfect for what I needed
“Not happy with service”
I’m not happy this time even though I’ve stayed here many times. Very disappointed with the service and parking. I was upset that there was no parking because of a nearby concert and I had to wait to find a spot as a guest. When I spoke to the staff they said we have lots of friends of guests here. I was unhappy because I paid to be here and the signs posted said you must have a parking slip. We stay here all the time but I think I might be looking at a different place since you didn’t make it easy for your customers who paid. Do better.
Breakfastes were incredibly varied and served on real plates, complete with fruit and vegetables, and in the three weeks we spent in the States none of the hotels matched that quality; the outdoor pool with loungers was pleasant and the gym was superb, while the self‑service laundry cost an extra $4. The hotel and my room were brand‑new, clean and smelled fresh, so I’d definitely come back, although the room felt rather cramped, I missed having a coffee nook in the lobby for daytime use, and the capsule coffee machines ran out after just one day.
