“Really lovely staff, perfect location, very comfortable rooms”

I had an incredible experience at Emerald Mansion Hotel, thanks to its unbeatable location and unbeatable value for money. The hotel's proximity to the city's top attractions was truly exceptional, and the staff were the icing on the cake. Melike went above and beyond to provide us with top-notch recommendations for sightseeing, shopping, and dining, and even helped us out of a tight spot when our transportation fell through at the last minute.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel's excellent location, which made it easy to explore the city. The room was spotless, and despite being in the heart of the city center, the street noise didn't bother us too much. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

“Excellent!! Would recommend”

I was blown away by this fabulous hotel, which offered a lovely room, exceptional cleanliness, and a very comfortable stay. The hotel's location was perfect, with all the main landmarks within walking distance. But what truly made our stay special was the staff - they were an absolute delight, always friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

While the hotel's location was good, it was unfortunately marred by the extremely noisy surroundings, which made it impossible for us to get a good night's sleep. The room was also much smaller than we had expected, which was a major disappointment. The staff were polite, but unfortunately, they weren't very helpful when we needed assistance.

The staff were also incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.
