“Fantastisch”
Fantastic location, very clean. The owner was very helpful and arranged everything for you. There was also laundry service. The accommodation also arranged the boat trip, which was very enjoyable.
The welcome was very friendly and the staff were extremely available, arranging the tour of the 17 Islands and booking the bus for the next day. The room was spacious and very clean, and the breakfast was good. A nearby family restaurant was delicious.
The owners were very welcoming, friendly, and devoted to their guests. The breakfast was excellent, with banana pancakes, fruit, and hot drinks. They helped us find a driver, gave us tips on visiting the area, found scooters for us, and when one of us fell ill, the owner worried and even went to the doctor. The place was nice, the bed comfortable, and there was a great warung close by.
“Delightful hosts, quiet location, good snorkelling.”
The hosts, Tommy and Cia, were quiet and modest, and they arranged scooter hire and a snorkeling boat trip around the 17 Islands for my birthday. Cia’s sister even surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake that a friend had made in a town an hour’s drive away—what generosity! The rooms were new, spacious, and clean, and the place was very quiet on the outskirts of town, about a 25‑minute walk from the harbour. Walking home at night felt safe, thanks to friendly locals eager to practice English. We ate well at Rico Rico bar on the harbour, where live music played, as well as at Rutong café and Pato Resto café. On the scooters we explored Sambirandak Beach, Berek Beach, and the Watu Mitong lookout.
“Bon stop pour visiter”
The service was good and the staff friendly.
