The staff at reception—Jailson and Liliam—helped us check in a bit earlier than usual and let us leave our bags and shower after check‑out! The pictures on the listing match reality exactly, and the pousada is very flexible, giving us the freedom to relax. Everything was EXCELLENT! I loved it and will come back! The only thing that could improve is a water dispenser on the ground floor; it’s inexpensive and the service is missing. We could only use the elevator on the day we arrived; the other two days it was under maintenance, so a modernization would be good. Still, everything else was EXCELLENT! I loved it and will return.

The location is great because it’s close to the beach. The facilities need renovation: the room door was noisy and needed repairs; the glass door wouldn’t close. The terrace chair was worn out, the safe was broken, the air‑conditioner didn’t cool well, the sink was clogged, the freezer was defective, and the pool had too much chlorine so I couldn’t bathe directly. Coffee options were limited. Overall, it could improve a lot. I would also like friendlier staff.

The room was spacious with a beautiful view, and waking up to the sound of the sea was lovely. The pool was large and clean, and breakfast was very tasty. I had no negative comments.
