“Horrible”

The staff were polite and the location is off the busy road, but the quality of the stay was very poor. It didn’t match the pictures at all. The place was dusty, dirty, the toilet smelled, and the toilet door had no lock, so the rooms also smelled. Windows had no locks, letting anyone open them from outside. Water was cut off in the morning, adding to the hassle. Blankets were smelly, bath towels were dirty, and the room would have been better if it had been cleaned and maintained regularly. The pool is a makeshift one and is not cleaned at all.

“Disappointing stay due to unfulfilled booking promises that spoiled our trip despite courteous staff”

The only thing that felt right was the staff giving us tea when we decided to head out early, even though breakfast wasn’t ready; it was a kind gesture. We had paid extra for a morning hill trekking/walking experience and a bottle of wine for a celebration, but after checking in we were told those perks wouldn’t be available, which ruined our plans and mood. Because of that, we left before breakfast, and the hotel should either deliver what they promise or let guests know ahead of time if it’s not possible.

“Average”

The room was spacious, but the swimming pool was missing and there were no indoor or outdoor games. We had to wait 20 minutes at check‑in because they hadn’t updated the system, and they asked us to pay again even though we’d already paid online; after a 20‑minute conversation they finally confirmed the payment.

The location, the welcome, the view and the breakfast were all very good, but the smell of the blankets was unpleasant.
