The parking was convenient and the price was fair, but there was no hot water despite my repeated complaints and pleas. I spent two days without showering and finally had to pour cold water just to rinse a bit. The staff kept insisting it should work and tried to show me, but ultimately there was no hot water anywhere.

The location was great and the room itself was very good—clean, comfortable, with a fridge, a decent-sized TV, and everything I needed. The self‑service key collection worked smoothly and parking was easy. However, from about 10 pm to 2 am there was incessant loud talking; a woman was on a constant conversation, almost like a call‑centre script on speakerphone, so loud it felt like we were in the same room. Heavy footsteps and continuous noise made it impossible to sleep or rest until 2 am—a huge shame given everything else worked well.
