The spot is excellent, close to all facilities and malls, and the view is wonderful; the room is clean. The bathroom is shared and not in the room.

Philip is a wonderful host and the place is very clean. He made sure I had everything I needed, checking on me several times. I had the whole apartment to myself since Philip lives next door. I booked the same day on short notice, and he did his best to let me in early and even picked me up from Americana Plaza. It’s not a dislike, just a note: the area is peaceful, but I can hear street traffic (mostly vehicle engines) at noon and some at night; the glass isn’t soundproof, though it’s still quiet enough for most people. I’m a bit sensitive to noise, but overall it was a great stay with peaceful sleep at night.

A very nice place to stay in Cairo. The house owner is very helpful and caring throughout the stay. The room is large and clean. It’s near plenty of shopping malls and restaurants, but not crowded. Everything is within 3 km (car rental, gym, grocery stores, food & drinks, bank, mobile services, movie theaters, etc.). Fast and good delivery is easy to get, and it’s convenient to call Uber. It’s close to the Giza pyramids and the new museum.
