We enjoyed a great family stay; the room was tidy and the spot was ideal for traveling with our 7‑year‑old—just a short walk from the City of Arts and Sciences, with excellent bus links and good dining options nearby. The 24/7 front desk made checking in and out effortless, and the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful throughout. The apartment faced the street, so it was a bit noisy with the windows open, but once they were closed it was quiet enough that it didn’t bother us.

The beds, sheets, and towels were very comfortable and clean, and breakfast was wonderful. We also liked the location, a few blocks from the Oceanographic, and that they offered luggage storage. We left wondering if there was a pool service, because we saw the pictures at reception when we were leaving 😢

The reception staff were excellent. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so they upgraded us so we could check in early. It was a very spacious room with a balcony—a nice touch! Thank you! Everything else was great.

“Gutes Hotel, sehr gutes Frühstück, gute Lage, top Verkehrsanbindung. Etwas laut.”

The staff were extremely nice and helpful (thanks to Teresa for the great tips) and the breakfast was very good. It was very loud with the windows open because it’s on the main street.
