“Bien mais pour 2/3 nuits pas plus”
The place is well situated and not too disturbed by traffic noise, etc. The room was clean with air conditioning, and the value for money is good if you’re not staying long because the comfort level can be a bit challenging. The bathroom, AC, and door were the negatives: first, the bathroom opened onto the outside, so mosquitoes were a problem; second, there was a depression in the floor next to the water drainage, creating a large puddle that didn’t drain well; third, the AC was set to a minimum of 16 °C but the room felt like 23 °C; fourth, the front door was hard to close and didn’t seal completely.
The owners were very kind in arranging a driver for us to Ubud.

The staff were incredibly friendly and showed us in, but otherwise left us to it. We accidentally arrived at the homestay instead of the guesthouse, and the owner called her husband to pick us up in the car. The place was really quiet, clean, and peaceful, and it’s near everything in Sidemen, which is a lovely place too. Highly recommend. Nothing to note – maybe a mesh over the bathroom vent, but that’s normal for Bali.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring Sidemen. The rooftop was a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the view. Nothing negative; I had a very comfortable stay.
The location is quiet and peaceful because it’s set back from the main street and no traffic passes by. Daily housekeeping and replenishing of towels and drinking water were provided. Towels and bed linen were pure white and smelled lovely and fresh. The staff were lovely, warm, and always smiling. My driver dropped me off at the wrong location, so Karticka came to collect me and bring me to the accommodation. I extended my stay because I enjoyed the peace. Ideally there could be sun loungers on the roof terrace as it is a very large area; instead there is a bistro set and also a platform with a roof for shade.
