The location was perfect for what we wanted. The night staff when we checked in were friendly, and the morning staff and general manager when we checked out were also friendly. The room was amazing—we had never seen a loft‑style hotel room before, and we fell in love. We definitely will keep this on our list of places to stay when we come back through Charleston.

It’s an excellent option for families, has a very good location, and the staff are very kind. Mauricio was incredibly friendly and helpful; he is one of the best receptionists I have met during all my stays. Having to check out at 10:00 a.m. felt too early for me.
