The staff were friendly and the spot is great, but the room left a lot to be desired. I found a bunch of hairs in the bed and the furniture looked worn out. For the price and the “luxury” vibe, that’s a let‑down.

The restaurant, security, and housekeeping were all super friendly and helpful—top‑notch service overall. The front desk was polite but seemed clueless, yet the manager stepped in, was brilliant, and sorted everything out.

I enjoyed my time at Pearl Hotel; the location made getting around a breeze and the staff were always helpful. The restaurant stood out—staff were happy to customize orders and the food was fresh, tasty, and flavorful. A touch of upgrade on the bedsheets and sofa would make it even better.
